Tyn Llan is let from Saturday to Saturday throughout the year,
although other days can be accommodated, availability permitting, in the
winter months.

Key information
All rents are inclusive of linen and towels, central heating fuel,
electricity, etc, but not logs.
Arrive after 3.00pm; Leave by 10.00am to allow for cleaning.
There is a £100 booking deposit.
There is no breakage deposit, but damage and
breakages are charged for within 28 days of vacating the property.

What you get
Tyn Llan is delightful cottage close to the beach and village amenities. The open plan large living/dining/kitchen area with sea view is
really popular looking out across the bay with the ever-changing view from the tides and evocative light from the
setting sun.
The terrace is perfect for meals al fresco or just relaxing in the sunshine on the new patio
overlooking the beach and slipway.
In case you have not visited Tyn Llan recently here is a reminder of its
facilities:
· Kitchen units with slate top
· Neff and Bosch appliances
· New Washing machine and tumble dryer in outhouse
· Modern shower room with large accessible shower
· En-suite toilet for double bedroom
· Slate patio overlooking the beach and sea, with table and chairs
· Free BT WiFi Broadband
· Bose Wireless Speaker unit
· Heated ceramic tiles throughout ground floor, as well as the central
heating
· Log burner in living room.
The National Trust Visitor Centre and Car Park and new footpaths on the
adjacent cliffs are popular, and there is free car
parking for National Trust members. The Islyn Bakery, with its
distinctive thatched roof is a real asset to the village, offering a wide range of home made breads and pastries and a
coffee shop.

In addition all bookings will incur a £150 cleaning supplement,
regardless of the length of stay.
We have a Loyalty Discount of 10% for returning guests – this is to
encourage early bookings and therefore cannot apply in conjunction with
any other special offers. It does not apply in peak weeks. Please claim your discount when making your
booking.
Weekend breaks and short stays:
Short break rates, 3 nights minimum, are charged at 75% (for 3
nights) and 85% (for 4 nights) of the full week’s rent. Short breaks
cannot be accommodated in high season.
Dates in black with strike thru indicate days being reserved on an
uncommitted provisional basis
